We can sell your unwanted or unneeded items on eBay for you. 

All sales will be made through Rock’s Emporium eBay account.  You do not need to have an eBay account of your own.  Your items must be delivered to us in North Saint Louis County, Missouri for listing and shipping as stated below.

Our services includes taking up to 12 photographs displaying your item to its fullest advantage as we feel necessary, standard listing fees and a gallery picture fees for listing item on eBay,  including eBay's final value fee and PayPal fee if item is paid electronically through PayPal™ and any listing upgrade fees you may wish to use. 

We will handle the insertion of your item on eBay, monitor your items while the sale is in progress and answer all email questions from potential buyers as quickly as possible.  It may be necessary to contact you if we need an answer that only you can supply.

We will of course process the shipping and handling tasks for you on the following weekday after cleared payment has been received by us at no additional cost to you.  We do not ship on Saturday or any Post Office holidays.

For insurance purposes we will not list an item for which we do not have control of the shipping to the winning bidder.  This saves you the hassle of packaging and carrying the item to the Post Office yourself.

If you agree, we will list the item up to two times in case item is not sold the first time.  If your item does not sell after two times, we will discuss with you our further options.   If your item does not sell after two times and you do not want to try to relist it a third time, you will be responsible for the listing fees as well as return shipping and handling to you before the item is returned to you.  If these fees are not paid within 30 days of the end of the auction we will consider that you have abandoned the item. 

If you decide to set a reserve amount, (the least you would be willing to accept for your item) the reserve fee is as follows:

If your item does not meet the reserve amount you have set, you may either offer the item to the highest bidder as a “Second Chance Offer” or relist the item.  Either way you are responsible for the reserve fee.  If the item was sold on the second listing you would still be responsible for the first reserve fee.

We feel our fee schedule is competitive with other eBay Trading Assistants and is many cases even lower.

All listing upgrade fees are the sole responsibility of the of the item owner and must be reimbursed regardless of the selling price.

Your net selling price, after our commission and listing and reserve fee, if applicable, and any optional listing upgrade charges will be sent to you 14 days after the Post Office Shipping Confirmation shows delivery to the buyer is received by us and a positive feedback that the buyer is satisfied with their purchase. 

There are certain items that eBay will not allow to be listed such as guns, weapons and alcohol, to name a few.  We cannot list these items.  If you have a question about what items this includes, send an email.  We reserve the right to determine according to our experience and opinion which items we will list.
